General terms
- I may reject, cancel/refund the commission at any time.
- No Dub/non-con, proship, incest etc.
- Please provide OC sheets/references if necessaryPayment
- Pay 50% upfront, pay the second half after approval of the sketch. A 100% up-front payment is also allowed.
- Payment is possible through Paypal, Ko-fi and Tikkie (NL)
- Additional fees are for the clientCopyright / Usage policy
- I, as rightful owner of the commission, may post the final product wherever I wish as personal promotion or other uses (Unless NSFW).
- The final product will be (unless discussed otherwise beforehand) uploaded onto AO3 and/or Twitter.
- The commissioner decides whether to be credited for their OCs and may always claim full ownership towards their own characters.
- The final product may be used by the commissioner for personal and non-commercial use. This includes but is not limited to printing the commission, using it as a profile picture or as a background. In case of reposts, credit to me must be provided. A simple "by @/JACKSHORTlE" is satisfactory.
- The commission may not at any time be used with AI, used to train an AI, or be published as an NFT.Customer satisfaction
- Once the sketch has been approved, it is not possible to demand a refund.
- The sketch may be changed freely until the official approval and second half of the payment have been made.
- Changes may be requested upon the final product with a few exceptions:
The product must still adhere to the approved sketch, meaning no major pose changes or outfit changes after sketch approval.
The product must still adhere to the payment provided, otherwise, additional payment must be made.Process
- Upon request I will provide in between updates for the pose layout, sketch, lineart, colouring and full shading. In these updates I allow for the client to provide any feedback they come up with or minor changes that they wish to make.
- If the commissioner wishes for it to be a complete surprise, that is of course allowed too, but please be aware that changes after full rendering may be complicated to do.
- The final product may be provided as a JPG and PNG through email. If the client wishes to not share their email, they may come up with their own alternative to discuss with me.By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
